A map of memories - return to your travels whenever you like

Krzysztof Kowalski 2 min read

A gift for travellers: for those who travel a lot, for those who plan to travel a lot, and for those who travel... with a finger on the map. I checked out what PicArta.pl has to offer, and there are at least a few great products worth recommending. I went for the world map, which looks even better in real life than on the website. There are other options too, such as a map of Europe, as well as an XXL size.

A map you can pin photos to is a great gift idea for a traveller. Photos let us preserve the memories and emotions of our travels, so we can go back to them, as well as tell our family and friends about them and show them. A travel map is also a great piece of décor for a flat or an office, one that will cheer you up on a gloomy day and let you recall happy moments from your life. With the pins, you can also mark a wish list of places to visit, which will motivate you to get going.

The PicArta set: map, pins and photos

The PicArta World Map for marking places on your wall includes:

- An elegant black or white aluminium frame
- 100 pins in 5 colours,
- 20 mini-polaroid photos (5x5 cm) to pin on the map, or a voucher to collect them later
- A Pentel pen.

Mark your travels on the map with different coloured pins:
- completed (flag),
- planned (binoculars),
- favourites, e.g. honeymoon, round-the-world holiday (star),
- an open category for you to decide on, based on your interests or hobbies (e.g. culinary journeys, summits conquered, etc.).

Being able to print photos and place them right on the map is a great idea

Pin  your travel photos to chosen places with the pins! The map comes with a pack of 20 of your own photos. You can always order more photos or print them yourself, and each polaroid photo has a one-centimetre white strip at the bottom for a caption, so you can add a short description and personalise it!
